Location is good , service is pathetic , people are rude , they don’t clean rooms for 3 days , no towels , drunk staff during duty No manners , upset with day time manager attitudes Bad Bad Bad Bad Never visit guys their attitude and hotel both r worst

The worst hotel in Goa to stay...cocoroaches in the room, staff behaviour very bad, Bed sheet not changing for 3 days. Hopeless staff and service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner should look into his hotel business.

Nothing serene , to start with we got there at 2pm and I have a 2.5 Yr old child who was hungry but hotel said we don’t have meals so I asked for help to order and they said no outside food allowed .. great so we should stay hungry and they gave us yoghurt and rice to eat that’s my start . Their in house phones wouldn’t work so for each thing we had to go downstairs or wait until someone came , bcz I have a toddler we wanted an extra mat for the bathroom bcz kids can move n shake a lot and can hav the worst fall but yet again I got into a huge argument which gave me a mat , Fernandes, Tejas and Sufiyan were helpful people and understood our issues and tried to help . There were red ants and cockroaches in the room but no point complaining, sheets and towels were torn , overall the worst goa experience of my life and my fav hotels were booked so serenity seemed good but nope nothing near good . We filled the tub for my kiddo to play in and then when we drained the water our bathroom was a semi pool , people were allowed in the pool with T-shirt’s and pants 😂 pool was dirty it had beer cans and hair floating . I can go on n on just think before u go to serenity really think and when I wanted to complain to a senior on mail even their mail doesn’t work 😂 smart move nothing works just pay and buzz off

Stayed for 2 nights on 24th and 25th of Dec....The front desk reception staff are too rude ...the hotel and the rooms are very untidy and full of filth here and there...the breakfast spread is not enough for a 4 star...manpower is inadequate to meet customer needs...Parking available for 20 cars only in a 83 room hotel...In nutshell, waste of money if you stay in this property

One of the worst experience of staying in any hotel. They don't deserve to get any guests and should be banned from industry. The list of shortcomings are endless with no positives: 1. No masks worn by any staff nor any COVID precautions 2. Pathetic breakfast. On asking Amul Butter was told its over 3. Cockroaches, cobwebs, cigrette butts in room. No cleaning done 4. Stained towels are provided 5. No one brothers to pick up intercom 6. Staff had rude behaviour especially the person on reception 7. Limited parking and preference is given to hotel car Pls don't go to this place even if they give you free. And folks who have booked pls cancel it, if possible. It not worth staying here and they charge a bomb
