Good accommodate but Booking time is take differently from reporting time we booked the rooms from my place and travelled to hyd and hotel at 12.30 am repoted you are considered booking time inspite of reporting time

This time experience is not good. Lift was not working, i have to passed thru dirty stair case & Air conditions are not working properly at hotel Daccan Haritage, Abids Hydrabad. Hotel is good but need some maintaince.

This hotel is a joke of a hotel. Barely one or two positive points. The hotel is old, drab and very tired looking.
We booked two rooms- A suite and an executive room since we were a family of four. The rooms are old and worn out completely. The bathroom was pathetic. Extremely worn out taps. On the first day itself, the toilet got jammed and water filled up without getting flushed. When we called housekeeping, they calmly came (they knew this was a problem still gave us this room) and "unjammed" the toilet. We asked for a change in the room since we were going to stay for a week.
The other suite was also equally poor with no proper water flow from the shower and a stench in the bathroom. A dirty and unclean bathroom was the most pathetic and unforgettable disgusting experience of this hotel. A lot of water needs to be drained (what a waste, we tried to save it whenever possible) so that hot water can be availed. Air conditioning was poor and the mosquito repellent in the room was empty and never replaced despite asking several times. Towels were never placed in the room during cleaning and we had to call everyday for it.
The staff is polite but usually busy sleeping on the couch in the lobby whenever it's not busy.
There is no coordination in the reception staff as they messed up our check out.
We made a mistake by believing reviews on the FabHotels site and advise people to follow reviews on third party sites only.
The only positive feedback is that we didn't see any crawling insects, a newspaper was provided and the bed was fine.
Please avoid this pathetic hotel even if it's for a night. There are far better hotels which are leagues ahead of this apology of a hotel (we actually visited some other to see and compare).
Beware of Name, there is nothing heritage about it.

I recently visited this place (June 2019) basis the reviews read on Fab hotels app. But to the surprise, there was nothing matching with the good reviews that I read. The property may be located at convenient place, but the staff, specially Mr. Abdul is very RUDE and doesn't have a audacity to talk to female customers. He has been continuously eating GUTKA even when attending the customers. Also, the room service they provide is chargeable and they demand to settle the amount right away( unlike in other hotels, it's accumulated and added to you final bill at checkout). The staff is not so generous and sound very rude always. KINDLY BEWARE OF THE REVIEWS YOU MIGHT READ ON FAB HOTELS SITE (I THINK WHICH ARE PAID AND INFLUENCED)
MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT GO HERE.

My worst experience of my life. We had done a group booking for 8 rooms and I was cheated by This Fab Hotel booking company. The AC in the rooms were not working. The rooms were dirty and totally unhygienic. The hotel incharge had informed Fab Hotels 4 days earlier to shift us to a different property but Fab Hotel did not do it . on the day of arrival also I had a message from Fab Hotels that my booking is confirmed. Request all not be believe on this site. They have cheated me and have spoiled my image and repo with my people whom I brought. Guys be carefull.
