I booked 2 rooms for 5 days. I paid upfront to reserve room. I got confirmation mail room is booked and reserved. I called the help number and got confirmation two rooms were booked and available for me. When I came they said no rooms middle of the night 11.30pm, front desk and call back agent Abhishek were rude and terrible. Another guest almost punched the receptionist because he gave fake card key to him. Unbelievable. We had to pay for a cab to another fab hotel whr only one room was given them later I had to take one with broken bathroom. Don't ever trust fabhotels and especially fabhotels Viraj suites. And don't trust because they reply to reviews absolute useless ppl and service and I wasn't compensated for the trouble. They said we are sorry but we can't help u.. no one should be in this situation.
