FabHotel Bee Town

I got lucky and get good deal in OYO group hotel Bee Town. stayed here two days with good experience.as usual hotel room was very good and spacious, room was very neat and clean. hrere i was impressed with staff service. they are really professional and know how to treat the customer. Thank you very much.

A 3 star property ideal location near highway. Excellent place for self drive people. Ample parking place. Clean and spacious rooms. Limited but good breakfast. Ever smiling and helpful staff. Veg restaurant.

Bee Town is located strategically on main AB road in Rajendra Nagar, Indore. It is a budget friendly hotel with all basic amenities, a decent restaurant, party / banquet hall and an open-to-air lawn suitable for mid-size functions. It offers buffet breakfast with 2-3 breakfast dishes, which are varied every morning. The downsides are beds and AC - My room had a steel-spring mattress, which was not very comfortable and one could feel the springs while sleeping. The central AC's cooling was not very effective. Temperature did not go below 25 deg. celcius even after running it at full power. The toilet flush was not working properly. Water was leaking into the bowl continuously from the flush's reservoir - hence it couldn't fill completely and when one pushes the flush button, there is no water pressure to flush down the toilet seat. The management said they would get it fixed by a plumber, but no one came to see it during my 3-night stay

I stayed for a day, hotel services are so bad, staff is not responding to calls, rooms keeping is works. Also hygeine is poor, washrooms are dirty ,rooms are poorly maintained. Only thing good is room are spacious.

The hotel has zero hospitality and customer oriented approach. We booked this hotel from booking.com. When we went for checkin they were not giving us room by saying the site is showing too low price. We went there at 5pm wanted room only for 4 hrs as we had bus at 10pm and was planning to leave at 9pm. What we are suppose to do in this case. Whatever price was shown, we booked for that. This was their internal problem, for that they made us wait for half hr. They wanted money from booking.com or fab group to pay more and for that asked us wait in lobby with 2 small kids. We were so tired and frustrated with this. We had worst experience. We had done many hotel booking earlier, domestic and international as well but never had this experience. Do not book this hotel directly, called them and verify about the fare from site is correct and then book it. Otherwise they dont allow checkin and make you wait in lobby.
