Maa Vaishno Devi Temple Visit with Family, Great Experience in Hotel Van Durga 😀

It was nice staying in Van durga , The best part about the stay is the Peace, Food and Staff obviously. They treated us like a family which makes us so comfortable. It is around 3 KM from Katra but the Car is available everytime and you can visit the places whenever needed but the view was mesmerizing and we had lot of Fun. Bornfire was fun , Late night chit chat and Tea at the same time was so memorable. The Manager Vidyanand ji was too good , Don't have words to express my gratitude to him. As I was very confused about all the things due to first time outing with my Family but after Talking to Vidyanand ji I felt a sense of connectivity due to his calmness, He supervised beautifully and here now I am writing the reviews about him and Team Vandurga. Thanks Team Vandurga for the cheerful Moments, Will meet you soon and will recommend to my friends and family for Sure.

During our visit to katra, we took stay at Van Durga Villas, and I must say, this was the best choice. *Cooperative Staff *Peaceful environment *Tasty food *Mesmerizing view from hotel room. We loved it !
Worst and Pathetic

Room booked : Family Suite (3+2) Month : October 2021 Short Description : Pathetic Brief : 1. Owner first told to transfer 20% only, once it was done, then told to transfer another 30% in advance 2. In 1 room, Exhaust fan and Gyser was not working at all. 3. Was told to transfer to another room, Forgot one bag in previous room, waited for 1 hour 4. In new room, bathroom door were swolen that they were not closing smoothly. 5. Service was exceptionally slow, have to wait for half n hour atleast for anything(Only one service boy for everything). 6. Room phone does not work, had to call owner everytime for everything. 7. Very far from Katra main market and station(4-5km), You are bound to take there private cab for which they charge 200 per trip about which you would be informed once you visit hotel.
Pathetic and Unforgettable

Over all experience is poor and not good at all. The place is not safe at all, the crowd and overall ambience makes you insecure related to your belongings. I personally wont suggest this. The room is full of dampness and creates a smelly aura. More about the owner, he is not at all welcoming, he is a money maker and never understand the severity of issues. Gostays again not a good policy maker, as they want to build good relations with hotelier, so whatever hotelier will suggest, they do exactly. I never had such a bad experience like this.
