The best place to stay here is Katra Mata Vaishno Devi palace. they provide all amenities to the customers you just have to ask. The rooms were clean and the size of the bathroom is also enough. Good hotel value for money fantastic service provide by staff most importantly staff are so good ...the also give us free pickup and drop service to banganga and night they drop us at railway station next time I stay there

The rooms was clean and comfortable . The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a window with a view of Ardhkuwari . The best thing is in this hotel is running hot water 24 hrs . Food is fresh and delicious , specially homemade tawa Chapati , allloo zeera . Elevator is available in hotel.

Hotel with nice ambiance and good staff Food is tasty and service is fast. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Felt good with this hotel. Stayed for two night here nearer to Banganga approach dropping to Banganga provided by hotel free of cost over all good experience.
