Very nice service and food also delicious. Room are neat and clean. Behaviour of all staff is good. Parking is also safe Swimming pool also very clean Room service is very quick and fast. Bathroom is very clean

The visit was for an office event satisfied with the services rendered by the staff members.The stay was great, enjoyed the pool and different amenities. The service was very hospitable. The rooms were exceptional with a good view from the balcony. The food was great too. Great service rendered by Rahul Parkhe who was available for our requirements.

We visited Lonawala in March end . I visited lonawala number of times but this time Our visit was memorable because of the hospitability shown by hotel staff Specially by Mr.Surendra Lodhi,Akshay, Pooja, Roshani and Sheetal. Really we enjoyed no of different deliciously dishes. Thanks to staff for making our trip fantastic.🙏

It was our first time here and we had a wonderful time. It was a very good decision; We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate very high quality excellent services catered by team in every segment of the resort. Every staff member of the resort with whom we came in contact was attentive, kind and professional including Receptionist, Customer Helpdesk, Room Service staff, Catering staff and especially the Marketing team who offered us an unbeatable deal and do provided attention to all our minor details and proper coordination until the exact day of our office picnic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate very high quality excellent services offered by the team in every segment of the resort. Inside room interior and outdoor ambience of the property was excellent. We therefore strongly recommend THE LAGOONA RESORT, Lonavala to any aspiring visitors who needs a quality stay and best in class service. Am sure, the team won't disappoint you at all. Food was good and customer service was excellent so far. Room was nice, clean and large. Location was excellent and it has good spce for party and also standard swimming pool to relax. Go for it. Without any doubt.
