    Location of hotel is very good. 500m from Kailash colony metro station. 200m from National Heart Institute. Rooms are spacious and clean. Stayed for one night here.. service are average. Limited staffs.. no one for luggage transfer.. breakfast is not so good.. just ok.. service is very limited.

    I visited last month in this hotel with my family. Location of the hotel was was good, room was spacious and most beautiful was the amenities provide in the room. Staffs are very polite in this hotel.

    First of all thanks friendly & helpful , ever smiling staffs for their desperate attempt to run the show. Also the location is extremely convenient. The hotel & its managements should be ashamed for offering the place to guests. Most lightings does not work, unclean, satellite TV recharged after 1 day after multiple requests, bare minimum supplies (no dental kit, no shower gel or shampoo) , bed sheets not changed everyday, balcony unusable because of dirt, the place is literally not maintained at all. The food is overpriced and tastes below average.

    We were on a group travel Because of the fire in the hotel in the tourist area our group of 12 had been rebooked by travel company into this hotel I guess their choice was limited It is a long way from town centre and sights, though only 10 mins from a metro station The wifi is the pits. Really awfully Room was ok, and comfortable Breakfast was very poor. Not geared up to travellers at all

    I have stayed in multiple facilities of Townhouse , but this is the worst nightmare ever. What was good: NOTHING. All linens and bed cover were spoilt, even after multiple changes. Towels were bad. Bathroom, shower curtain, and "toilet pot" horrifying. Rooms walls, wardrobe, fan spoiled and unclean. It is one of the biggest mistake choosing this place. Never ever will we ever consider any townhouse ever. Horrible Experience.
