Foods are very costly and not worth of money. We heard about that and its absolutely correct. The buffet Breakfast is free but quality does not match with room fare. Excluding reception portion, a light odor is there in common space, the back portion of hotel is dirty and a huge odor is there. They try to manage with room freshner. We are taking food at Hotel Globe Inter National, very close to this hotel Sonar Bangla....and good bengali food is available at 60-65% cost wrt this hotel. Very much specific about check in check out time

1 is the bare minimum that I had to give else I would have given negative. I booked this hotel for my retired parents and their friends as it is close to the beach. I confirmed the room via showing the photos provided on trip advisor, however, the reality is totally different. 1. Bed sheets are dirty, full of stains and hairs. 2. Washrooms are stinking. 3. Dustbins not clean, hence, mosquitoes all around. 4. Stains everywhere in the room. Everything is so damn dirty!! Madhu specially and her senior both do not know how to treat guests! No respect at all, when I complained then they said “Nahi hoga return jo karna hai kar le” this is how they have been trained! She said “for us our hotel is neat and clean” and “don’t give us this **** of review” so over confident! I thought HM people are trained to treat people nice, I guess either they forget their training or didn’t get any! No respect for customers or elders! God bless to those who are going here. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Charging hell lot of money for this! Just because they are close to beach! Ridiculous!

This hotel will randomly cancel any reservations you make on online booking sites. Stay away! They know how to make a reservation but not how to keep a reservation. Absolutely terrible situation. If they don’t have systems in place to handle online bookings through third parties then they shouldn’t list on those sites.

I booked a suite here for me, my wife and 2 kids. Right from the start everything seems bad. No fridge in room, breakfast and food is worst i have ever got. This is the first hotel where i am writing the review while staying in it. Room is average. Bed is bad. The only good thing is beach is near. Rest everything is terrible.
