It was an excellent stay staff is very courteous front office manager mr.sultan was always available for the help from the time we checkin to the time we check out food was good f&b service was good room were neat and tidy.overall excellent experience.

Beautifully decorated and arranged candle light dinner with flowers and balloons. Food quality was very good in taste as well as in presentation. Hospitality was great by Mr. Yogendra ji. Overall it's a lovely experience in Sterling Agra. One should must experience this with his or her life partner.

The hotel looks perfect from outside. The Reception was fine too, and the checkin was pretty swift. Reaching the room you realise its a very old property. Its a very big room, maybe the one of the biggest room in the city. But when I entered the room, things like linen, towels wtc were pretty old with dirt marks. They had dates on them which were mentioned around 2015. They were yellowish in color. On complaining, they provided a similar qaulity towel and said its due the saline water in the city. This made me furious as I have been to many cities where the water is more saline than here but never ever faced such issues. On complaining this to the hotel manager, he then provided fresh towels and linen. Till now they were simplying lying and didn't want to give the fresh or new towels. Other than this the bathroom was pretty dirty in terms of stain marks. This shows how terribly maintained this property is. It wasn't a good experience staying in this room!!! The bar had limited to no availability. Reason being told to me that we dont get atock regularly. Very Lathargic!! The restaurant is the saving grace. The spread was good, and the service was amazing. I will never go back to this hotel nor recommend unless its refurbished!!!
