A long waited trip to Agra

The hotel is truly value for money. You will be getting all the facilities which you expect from a 5 star property. Roof top show at evening around swimming pool is really attractive and well complimented with multi cuisine restaurant. Rooms are specious, and Taj view from window is magical. Staff is really professional and very supportive. I really want to mention one of the staff name Mr Vibhu, Front Desk Manager, if you visit this hotel, meet him for sure, very polite and helpful person with amazing knowledge of locality. Now coming to other things, Food is really good and overall experience was amazing. A must visit place. Highly recommended.

Of the many things, writing down the ones that made this stay nice: 1. Perfect assistance booking, thanks to Albert in the Reservation, I was stuck in Jaipur the day I had to check in, they helped me postpone it without an additional price. 2. Complimentary upgrade to the premium Taj facing room, and trust me it was worth, I could see it while lying down on my bed. 3. Sleep quality, the best till date, wow mattress, absolutely blind curtains and quiet soundproof rooms. 4. Front desk staff, esp Dhananjay who helped my check in smooth and got me a very affordable round trip to The Taj from the concierge. 5. Courteous and humble staff especially that in the kitchen and house keeping. 6. Beautifully decorated contemporary cozy room. 7. What more.. a lively colourful and bright lobby, and look up.. a beautiful chandelier there. 8. Pressure shower after a long day was relaxing. 9. My mother had a spa there and she was quite happy with it. The staff there too was very courteous as I know how difficult it is to handle my mother but they managed to keep her happy. Thanks crystal for a beautiful stay.. Coming back soon

Good Hotel with ambience & nice stay to cherish. Breakfast items are delicious and healthy. Courteous service by the staffs. Best priced hotel for budget category. Dinner buffet price is a bit higher.

The hotel experience was very premium and stay was very pleasant the staff working was very friendly, nice and helpful the cleanliness and sanitation was also very good the rooms are very impressive and view of taj from hotel window is just the cherry on top The morning tea with view of taj is the most beautiful thing I guess this city has to offer Overall the experience was very awesome

Both nights I stayed at this tired and un kept hotel I was kept awake by horrible music. They cater to groups for weddings and have no regard for the other guests that don’t want to hear the bands late at night. The hallways and my room smelled of cigarettes. The bed is uncomfortable and the fridge doesn’t work. It is just horrible.
