I stayed here with my family for two nights(20th and 21st Dec. 2019). It was a pleasant stay. We visited Agra to see the Taj Mahal. The Hotels location is very central to visit Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. There are so many food options within one KM. Except for day staff and room cleanness, everything was up to the mark. I would say "Totally value for money". Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel.

Hotel Pearl Blue We stayed in this hotel for 1 night in February. We booked 2 delux rooms online at Rs1200 each including breakfast. For breakfast they served us juices, tea, coffee , poha, aloo parantha & sandwiches on ala-carta basis. Room & bathroom were clean but we didn't get 24 hour hot water, they told that we have to inform prior. Hotel is located close to the east gate of Taj Mahal. Room service & staff is good. Only the location of hotel is little confusing

Don't get deceived by the fancy photos and competitive pricing. 1. The rooms given to us were dirty (stained with gutka stains). 2. They cheat by portraying to be a OYO hotel. The same hotel is marketed by two names - OYO Hotel Candelwood and Hotel Pearl Blue. 3. The staff is untrained. 4. They allow smoking and the entire floor and rooms were stinking. Rooms on other floors were not offered to us. 5. It is unsafe for women travellers. Much better options are available in the nearby vicinity and in fact better locations. I won't recommend booking this hotel.

Easily the worst place we never stayed at. I’m going to consider myself lucky that we never stayed here. We spent a good 40 minutes trying to find the place. After many phone calls and numerous directions we finally reached the front desk to absolute mayhem. They had no idea of our booking and had no rooms available! They had literally given our room away. The reception staff and other men employed there have terrible communication skills in both English and Hindi and this only added to the confusion. They offered to accommodate us else where which in turn turned out to be much worse and in the middle of nowhere. The sheets were dirty and stained and the toilet littered with pubic hair. We decided to decline their kind offer and had to pay three times the price for immediate accommodation for the night. Considering we were in Agra for only a day, this hotel caused us a huge waste of time and added to the stress and pressure of travel. 100/100 would not recommend.

Do not bother. They'll give your room away to someone else, even if you book and pay in advance. Abysmal service and absolutely no professionalism at all! Who runs this place? No apologies, nothing. If you want to have zero peace of mind while traveling and have to worry about whether you'll have somewhere to stay, then try this place for sure.
