    Room are very good,staff was very helpful, nearly Taj Mahal, location was very good, nice hotel, food is very delicious, confratable Rooms, I m very happy for this property, everything is very good staying in this Hotels.

    There are so many hotels in tourist area. If you find somewhere can meet kind (real kind) staff, reccomand here. They don't compel to buy smth and help everything I needed (ex. printing, call taxi, housekeeping....)

    Terrible experience, stayed one night but could not sleep because of mosquitoes. Bed sheet and blankets were not cleansed and smelling very bad. Rooms were spacious but services were very poor. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    We stayed there for 2 days, the service was not that great however the place was very easily accessible from Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and station. The plumbing was leaking in the washroom and there were dust all around the place. Food variety was very limited and service was very slow.

    A terrible place to stay, the staff is clueless, the sheets are stained, the rooms are dirty , they do not understand the meaning of room service or house keeping. The AC are all useless especially the split ones. Even the banquet hall ACs are all non functional so before you plan any event there, please be very very careful. The so called lobby is brimming with insects with absolutely no effort being made to avoid it. I can go on and on but lets just say it was a horrible experience.
