Suites are excellent, cosy, spacious and clean. Decor is commendable. Everything including shower, bed, temperature control, curtains and couches are comfortable. Extra bed is needed for families of size > 3. However, the extra bed is basically a mattress on the floor, and we didn't use it. Room service is quick and available almost 24/7. Food is great! Particularly breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing, with wide variety and fresh selection. Combination of western and Indian food. Great staff all day around at restaurant (Mr Krishna, and others). Wheelchair is available all the time. Front desk is very helpful (Mr. Karthik and others), but can be busy at times. They pay attention to even small things which matter a lot. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

ITC Agra is our second home. Whenever we get bored with the chaotic city life, we take our car for a spin to Agra. Agra means ITC Mughal for us. We keep going back to the hotel for its rich grandeur, the plush gardens, nature walk trails, lord shiva temple and its royal hospitality. Hotel staff is very helpful. The hotel holds many beautiful memories for us. Peshawari food is excellent too! Must visit. 💕

This was truly Royality personified. We had gone for 2 nights 3 days stay for a marriage and felt so much at home. Well maintained rooms and comfortable stay with great service from the staff. The architecture is indeed splendid and the vast space of 23 acres landscaped so beautifully gives you the ‘Shahi’ experience. Loved the lobby with fountains and water falls A must for all to stay ! Will be back again 👍
