Hotel Prem Sagar

This little guesthouse sits right in Connaught Circle. It's near the metro and easy to reach from the airport. There are great places to eat right next door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was breakfast.

Only advantage is its prime location.. otherwise very unhygienic and dirty bathrooms, flush problematic.. tv and ac nt working.. shabby blankets.. we hd to repeatedly ask for hot water and extra pillows.. no geyser in bathrooms we hd checked in at 7.30 pm but were said that hot water will be available only in the morning.. most disappointing fact.. we informd of our check out at 4 in the morning.. bt surprisingly there was no water supply in the bathroom.. reception was empty.. main door was open whole night.. with no security.. a big threat to the inmates.. but vat was charged for every little thing.. I think the rooms were overcharged as we got no such facility.. we regret for our stay there for 32 hours..!

The soiled bedsheets, no cleanliness of room with pathetic bathroom. Service not upto the mark. Only good thing is it's location near the agra cantt railway station it's just a walking distance. There are many other hotels around too so check them out negotiate and suit yourself.

The room which was booked from cleartrip was a 8x8 room with soiled bed-sheets. So suggest if cleartrip can seriously do some Q&A for such hotels. We then asked for A/C room for some fresh air. It was double the amount we paid at cleartrip. We paid 400 overcharge for this. We did not have bath in that 24 hours. As bathroom was pathetic with leakage everywhere. Room was not cleaned for many days with soil on floors. Manager is seemed rude, may be he needs extra money to talk and suggest to you something. Only best things were, - They allowed us to keep baggage for couple of hours after checkout till we roamed and came back from sikri. - A/C was brand new, in good working condition. - Walking distance from Agra Cant (300 mtrs), Cycle rikshaw (20), Auto R (25) Over all below average experience and recommended for only a day stay.
