The guy who receives the calls at front office is extremely polite and smart. The services were A clas, though it was a short stay of a couple of hours as the guest had another checkin at Taj, but still the services were remarkable. Highly recommended hote. Keep it up. The food options were excellent

This is good hotel in agra near Taj Mahal.Rooms and washrooms are very clean, people is friendly here and trying well all the time.they have Restaurant with tasty food. when ever I will go agra, i will stay here and recmond this hotel to All.

The room was very nice and clean. I found much more relaxed in the hotel. I loved the rooftop too having tasty food. wow!!!. you will love the place and the staffs are really very humble and nice. Thanks team.
Would not recommend for international travelers

Would not recommend it for international travelers. If you do decide to stay here book through an online travel aggregator and NOT directly with the hotel for the best pricing. Overall, one of my least favorite stays traveling across India and the world. The client is not a priority for management.

This is the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room was dirty and had holes in the sheets. The second rooms bathroom was not cleaned and had urine on the toilet seat and hair in the tub. There were cobwebs on the wall and it was just filthy. The noise level was ridiculous. People yelling in the hallway and slamming doors and it did not settle down until about 3:30am. Someone also buzzed our room at 3:15 and ran away by the time we answered the door. We should have changed hotels.
