Radisson Hotel Agra

My self Rajul Verma, I was stay in Radisson hotel in Agra. It was nice stay and nice ambience too. Service is unbelievable. The guy Anil ( hotel staff) is very taking care of me. I been to taj and fort in Agra. Overall, it was amazing tour in Agra. Thank you Radisson.

A best place for family functions, each person is helpful and the whole hotel staff will put everything in hand to make programme as per the guests expectations. A must go place and a nice place for dine in as well.

The hotel is very beautiful. It has amazing service and everyone is so nice to you. The rooms are also very nice, we got a view to the Taj Mahal so it was great. I would very much recommended to anyone who wants to visit Agra.

This hotel is very run down, I do not have unreasonable expectations, but this hotel seriously needs some money spent on it. It seems to be highly popular for weddings and I believe that this is their priority and the rooms have been seriously neglected. The rooms are dusty, stained and need simple things like the silicon sealer in the bathroom changed. As mentioned in a previous review the bedding is also stained. We have stayed in rooms 410 & 421, the latter room has a strong cigarette smell. We had hair in our food at lunch time and then served food with mould at dinner time. The terrace also appears neglected and not inviting. Unfortunately due to the condition of this hotel I did not feel it was safe for my children to use the swimming pool. Hotel is very noisy at times due to loud wedding music. The staff have listened and responded very politely, but unfortunately this does not make the stay pleasant. Please consider an alternative, as it seems other better maintained hotels are also in a similar price range.

I had booked hotel Radisson in agra, The service was extremely slow and poor at the time of check in I had booked 65 rooms in hotel but I was not satisfied with the service at all. My guests was suffered a lot.
