I want to Thank Mr Saurabh Bose sir, for ensuring best services at reasonable cost with his team mate Mr Jitendra Rawat & Abhishek Kumar. Under supervision of Mr Saurabh sir, every guest feel homly atmosphere, heartfelt welcome. Courteous staff ensure luxury at rooms, Yummy food, astonishing ambiance. Even if all the rooms are occupied, even if all venue have different programmes of different guest, no one feel any kind of lack in services. Pool area is beautiful. Again I want to Thank Mr Saurabh Bose sir, a very nice person, along with his team for all the memories we earned because of them.

From welcome to spotless rooms, great verdant views, attentive service, delectable breakfasts and dinners, this was an experience that even Shah Jehan would have chosen, given the chance to revisit his beloved Agra!

Staffs are very polite excellent in services foods are excellent especially Ravinder sir from restaurant staff is very polite with their customers awesome sir keep it up room service are best I really like the lobby area I have best memories, I strongly recommend I would like to visit again wen ever I get chance Thank you for your beautiful services ✌️✌️

What would you feel if Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Ganguly were to be selected in today's test team? Too old? Outdated? Not fit? ..Same feeling you get when you stay in this property. Old, jaded, out of colour, things not working, poor engineering in room, amenities need a call to housekeeping to work. Only good thing is food, breakfast, lunch dinner are good and reasonably priced but room service menu is costlier than most 5 star hotels. e.g. a paratha costs Rs 450 plus tax in room. Located far off from Tajmahal costing you both ways heavy in taxi. Stay in some better, real 5 star hotels in Agra than this historic place.
Don't stay here if they even offer you rooms for free, pathetic in terms of cleanliness, hospitality and food.

We are 4 with 3 rooms, and business visit. Hotel is the worst I have ever stayed. From staff to managers and even GM are all illitrate and I doubt if they have done their hotel management. Rude behavior from top to bottom, complaints not heard.
