Hotel Poonam Plaza

Stay was good & comfortable, cooperative staff with good room service. Neat & clean rooms & washroom. Early check-in provided. One deficiency I found was dim lit room & wash room, if visitor has to read or write in room or shave in washroom.

This hotel available on main Dayalbagh road .Its near to Dayalbagh and easy to go with car/auto... good and comfy stay here, good hospitality, breakfast lunch dinner service very nice...definetely again say here.

I visited this restaurant with my family and had Kaju curry and Malai kofta. Both the cuisine we're not up to the mark despite being charged very high for them.Although the place is very good to have food with family but the problem is the taste.Hope some other cusine would taste good in future .

It needs major renovation and upkeep as per hotel standards .we had 6 days stay booking First they gave us room 201 where bathroom was rusted smelly and room is very bad shape peeled off dressing table mirror . Rooms r dingy with no fresh air. Then we asked upgrade of room they shifted us to 205 where room was just ok . Hot water not functioning , the hand jet spray leakage spilling water all in the floor . Bedsheet was torn attached pics . Then there was a marriage function in the hotel which continued two days full of noise till 4 am we could not sleep at all . Housekeeping was not done one day at all and no housekeeping available post 5 pm . Right in front of the hotel there is heap of garbage drainage water running and smelly where the hell is swatch bharat ? .. Reception guy wasn't polite he called to check our check in time and when we told we will be delayed in arrival due to international flights he just banged the phone abruptly. Most imp no covid precautions were done on check in eg sanatize masks or other measures . I strongly recommend them to please

Please don't go in this hotel with family .Room was not clean and rooms having mosquitos.Break fast is restricted with Tea and one sandwich or Paratha .staff was rude and with dirty cloth and having issue with speaking .
