Disclaimer: Attended a meeting in their conference hall: did not stay in the hotel. Very neat, clean and hygienic. The service was excellent. Had lunch with them. Must say, the quality of food is wow!! The place is conveniently locted, has ample parking space.

Excellent Family Hotel in city centre. Good clean rooms Bathroom in each room need upgrading. Facilities provided is good. Service is also good. Location is not bad closet to Ashram Road, Law Garden Hotel bit isolated as not accessible to Autos and local cabs. Need to preorder a cab to travel anywhere. Hotel is a good family Hotel.

Stayed for 4 days at carrefour.pretty decent and clean hotel and very conveniently located.The staff are very polite and helpful.The food especially the breakfast buffet is very good .The hotel is around 20 minutes from Ahmadabad railway station.

The size of the rooms and the bathrooms are big, but we had a lot of crazy stuff happening. 1. When we asked room service, I open the door and wants to grab the food, because we didn't want the water to come in the room since my wife was in bed. He just rushes inside, even after I told him no, and start with the worst attitude telling me to take things of the table for him to put the food on, while walking all over the room. If this was in my country, I would have punched in, but I didn't want to go to jail in India.. 2. We did some laundry and were told that we give in the morning and receive it at night.. Lie! 24hours later, on the day of our checkout we had to be calling them for our clothes. 3. I ordered a milkshake, and the ice/water wasn't filtered, so I got food poisoned/diahreia from that for a whole week. Thanks guys. 4. They gave us a room with two separate beds, when the reservation said specifically one bed, and besides that it was stinking of tobbaco smoke. We had to change, for all the reasons. 5. One of the staff members told my friends that he doesn't like Americans and we could see that he was giving us a different treatment (for worst), comparing to how he was reacting to our friends.

Stayed here on my third trip to ahemdabad and it turned out to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. The staff was the problem. The front desk person, Mr. Ajaz said they didn't have any twin bed rooms in the hotel after having made us wait. However, magically a twin bed room appeared an hour later. With him and Mr. Mansoor shouting at us, literally shouting at us in their broken English bordering on abusive, as a female traveller I wouldn't recommend this place, just because it's not safe. The rooms are nice, the food is okay but these two gentlemen ensured that I never recommend this place to anyone.
