Hotel The Lotus Park Eliisbridge

Lotus park, This is the hotel which I choose for my dream wedding and I am very happy with my decision, they give their best to made my wedding up from my expectations! We all barati (more than 100 people) stay at lotus park and they attend us in very well manner, staff behaviour was very polite and kind, I am happy that a person like Vivek is at GM post so that management should always be aligned. Their room price and food price was quite affordable. Thanks a lot lotus park!

i had an engedgment ceremony function at lotus park hotel.they managed whole event very well.. happy with services, food .. arrangments.. venue is very spacious and staff is also very cooperative.. happy with overall experience.. will surely look forward for lotus park for any such events.thanks

Ahmadabad clean city inspite of crowd, I like the because of many tourist spots. People are informative and giving directions for tourists. From airport to elisbidge nearly 17kms, and Lotus park attracts because of cleanliness and good food. We stayed here two nights... Cleanliness and hotel ppl considering customers requests. Liking Gujarati food because no spice and sweet food. Hotel cooks exactly served our required food .

Indeed it is a great place to stay for a traveler who comes to Ahmedabad for business purpose. Rooms are in very good condition. Very well inferior done for all rooms. Minus point for this hotel is only one thing that hotel entrance is odd. Have only vegetarian food available in hotel. Also need to increase proper communication skills for order taker in Room service.

I stayed in the hotel from 2nd Jan to 2nd Feb for a month and I'm utterly disappointed with the service. First of all the rooms and washrooms have no similarity. The first room I was in the washroom was so small that I hurt myself turning in the shower, so had to change rooms. Secondly they did not take the effort of cleaning the room everyday, you have to tell them, rather request them to clean it... The daily complimentary water again you have to ask for it, and when I said that you haven't sent the water for the day I was asked from the reception that did I ask for it... And since we were two people sharing a double bed room we asked for an extra blanket which was outright refused and again had to literally have a fight for a spare one... Thirdly I'm traveling from another city and I have my food preferences so I ordered my food accordingly. The only thing I used to ask for is plates and crockeries. But that too was denied to me after a while since I don't order from their kitchen. Had to create a ruccus to get plates simply. If I order something sometimes as snacks or something they would be like please pay immediately and not add with my room bill... One good thing was the tea or coffee supply but then again the pots were so not clean that I had to send them back a few times... And the best thing about the hotel was their laundry service, but then again in my last service they ruined a proper tee shirt which I got to know only when I went to wear later... Oh and before I forget the hotel lends its banquet hall for all types of events irrespective of whether they have guests and whether they will be uncomfortable or disturbed... I literally went up to the reception at 1:30 am one night complaining about the noise as I had difficulty sleeping... And they don't even tell the event parties to stay quiet and maintain decorum as they shout and talk loudly along the corridors and outside... It was very difficult on such days to relax and rest after coming back from work the entire day... Overall I'd not recommended anyone to stay in the hotel.
