I recently visited park residency. I was so happy with staff's politeness and excellent room service. Had breakfast and it was also very good. All safety protocols were followed and maintained social distancing too.

Everything was great, staff. We found this an excellent hotel. Everyone was very polite and friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. and the location was great. The room charge was very reasonabl. The hotel is very well appointed, amazing breakfasts, and an excellent restaurant. I appreciated that on the hotel website there were instructions how to get to the hotel from the airport by using public transportation.

Things were good. The food along with the terrace view was good. Staff members were also dealing nicely. Everyone was very polite and friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a good experience.
Very Bad Attitude Of Manager

I have booked this hotel a many times in past but this was the last time. The manager and front office people are having some attitude problem and they don't know how to talk with guest. There was just 1 mistake that I selected a wrong date. I requested them to change date but they denied. I was not asking for cancellation. Just a date change but the manager bluntly said no it is not possible. Even Goibibo support team said that if hotel will allow we will change the dates. But people at hotel denied it. Feels like they are not getting enough bookings so just hungry for money. When I clearly said I don't want to cancel but just instead of Tuesday make it Wednesday the manager denied. Please send these people some money else they will keep robbing people like this. Extremely bad behaviour. No idea how they are in hospitality business.
