    The banquet ambience was nice....the most best thing was the service and the food was very good....overall everything was up to the mark of satisfaction...thank u Satish mishra, Sunil Bhai nd team for making the event perfect.😊

    I attended my cousin’s wedding here. It was awesome experience. SUPERB banquets, nice staff and very good arrangement. Really pleased with the service . It was a memorable function. Rooms are very good ,airy , and spacious.

    This hotel is located off SG Road inside a residential neighbourhood. The room was very big & clean . The bathroom was also ok . There is vegetarian food offered as room service but the restaurant is not in operation . The breakfast is served in the banquet hall but very poor in quality & varieties. It’s far from the town located in a quiet place . There are no shops or eateries around . So if you want to confine yourself in a good room ( wifi does not work ) away from the heat & dust & want to pay less but a good room , this could be your next destination. Will I return ? No, I don’t think I will ever look forward to return to this property.

    I have booked one of the banquets and one executive room with the room decoration. It was my wedding reception ceremony and it all went but in the end, the things went sideways till my checkout time of the next morning. These are the detailed reviews and the scenarios. 1. Once the ceremony was finished according to the normal situation the bride and groom and their parents and some elder people sit together and have dinner. We were told that it will be for 12 people but in the end moment, they changed it to 5 people by saying not possible. Now if you have common sense then you can think there will be 6 people at least including the bride & groom along with their parents. but it got sorted after communication with the head person So, STUPID THINKING just STUPID. 2. The service was bogus while serving the food. I was a groom who was constantly telling the waiters that the guests from the bride's side should be served first and not other people even not me. But they were not listening and giving the service whatever they like to do in a way. I had to call the manager or the supervisor because they were not serving Jain food to the other two people and we had to wait for at least 10 mins for the Jain food to get served. Now the food was served but the plates were not there. During the service dropping the food on the clothes of the guest. The supervisor came and things went ok So INEXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT. 3. Now, the biggest issue that I and my bride faced when we checked out the room. We were told that the bedsheet has pink stains of Roses. Now my friends have arranged the room decoration and they made sure the roses are not placed on the bedsheet but only the balloons are decorated on the bed. Even the decorator has made sure about this so that the bedsheet did not get dirty. Even I made sure that we do not take roses into the bed. But still, some stains were pointed out by my wife when we checked-in in the night, and the biggest mistake I did was not to call them and ask them about this issue because I didn't think it will be a big issue the next morning. The receptionist SHUBHAM (maybe this is the name) was being rude to us on this matter along with one of his staff members. He was arguing that we were the ones who made the stains of the ROSES. The argument went for at least 45mins until the main person came in we were told OK but still, the issue is that we are being pointed out as a cause of an issue for this. So, why do you permit this kind of decorations if you can't be sure about your damn bed-sheets? I thought that receptionist will call the police and will start the investigation like we did murder in their room. So, UNEXPECTED & RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF & MAKE SURE IF YOU BOOK THEIR ROOMS THEY MIGHT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE THE CAUSE OF SOMETHING WHICH YOU MIGHT HAVE NOT DONE. 4. The room that my friends booked for me was 4500 INR. So they told them to book in advance. Now comes the part where they have to pay for the room on the day of the check-in and the price has gone to 5030 INR. In the room bill, it was not mentioned what they have charged more but my friend said that he was kept telling maybe again the person was the receptionist that the system is showing this and you have to pay this amount. My friends were in a hurry so they have to pay the price for what they were being asked. Now if it was the GST or tax or anything then I am not sure but nothing is mentioned in their bill details and I calculated the tax on my own but it was not making any sense. If the price was hiked then they should tell us in advance. So I guess they already have covered their money in advance for the blunder of the bedsheets. So, NOT CLEARED DETAILS. ALL and all the food was great and the function went well for me and my family members but the inexperienced staff & specifically that receptionist was a problem for me.

    1. Worst service. A simple cup of tea took 1 hour and 10 phone calls to deliver in our room. 2. Drinking Water given in flask was dirty and the flask was so smelly that I vomited. 3. Food was horrible. Landed up with bad stomache ache. 4. Toilet had foul smell from gutter. 5. Toiletries were not good and no toilet paper replaced. No hand napkin given. Needs serious management involvement. I will never stay in this hotel again.
