Hotel 49

Best hotel to stay at . All staff members and owner is very friendly and always ready to assist and serve the guest. Everything is available at just one call and cherry on the cake is the value for your money. Very happy ! Thanks

Staff of hotel was very cooperative and d owner itself of hotel also asked us abt comfortablility when we check out frm d hotel and d ambience was very delightful.. hospitality was too good..I recommend this hotel 49 to my friends for business trip or conferences.. N last bt nt d least..DAAL MAKHNI WAS COMMENDABLE..

My group of 45 student stay at Hotel 49 for 1 Night and it's totally fine & worth stay at hotel.Mr Rakesh owner of hotel is very good person and his staff is so supportive and helpful. If I talk about room they are good in size with required aminities. Buffet breakfast Dinner is so awesome like home made food. Highly recommended for group

Rating it 2 star just because of the helpful and polite staff and working aircon otherwise this hotel has to improve on a lot of things. Foremost is cleanliness which was lacking. Linens, pillow covers, comforters were not clean at all and seemed that they didn't change it after the previous customers left and seemed used and not fresh. There were stains on everything. Even pillows were torn and stuffing was coming out of those. I saw an ant on my bed and was very hard after that for me to sleep in the bed. Towels were damp and when I asked for a new ones, they were dirty too. Washrooms were relatively better and clean. No kettle in the room for tea/coffee and no free bottled water as falsely advertised on their site. Also, it is not 1.6 km from Golden Temple as falsely advertised but 3 km away. Had to ask for toilet roll. I didn't have a comfortable stay and could not wait for the next day to checkout. If you want to have a budget stay, then probably go for it otherwise there are a lot of better options available near by so do not waste your money on this hotel.

Totally uncomfortable,not even morning tea , to toilet tissues , no glass with drinking water , TV in room just like a showpiece, no working , waiter service - grand 0. Never to stay . I ask for morning tea at 07:00 am reply was u remind this call at 07:30 am , then we will check if we can provide this to u A unforgettable stay for bad services
