    It's an amazing property with awesome staff. Pradeep Dogra was amazing for his hospitality. Nice rooms and delicious food. Property is centrally located and access to all the tourist sports is very easy.

    Pradeep dogra is having good customer service skills, happy to stay here, kudos to team regenta, the food is good including brkfast lunch and dinner, bar and swimming pool is also good, good work and good ambience,

    The hotel is situated on the main road, 10 mins drive from Golden temple, adjacent to lemontree hotel. Although the hotel rooms could use some renovation, the service more than makes up for minor turnoffs, which I will talk about later. The front desk is helpful and polite and ever approachable. The breakfast buffet has a good spread with courteous staff. The only two turnoffs for me were the constant music playing in the room gallery which could be clearly heard in the room all the time. On request, they switched it off before turning it on again. The second would be the live counter at the breakfast buffet - it was in middle of the seating area and smokes were spreading to the tables with the burning smell - not a pleasent experience. But apart from the minor turnoffs, the hotel was really nice overall and I would definitely recommend it at this price point.

    Good stay but don’t take the suite room or you’ll get disappointed we degraded to the deluxe and the roomswer 10 times better the deluxe gave a modern feel however the suite was very old and had a smell in them plus a few broken things. Plus no welcome drink
