One of the rooms AC is not working and we highlighted this multiple times even then the room was not changed or any repair work done. Room service is so bad that even additional water bottles have not been provided on request. I don’t want refund but you guys should have quality control as hygiene hospitality and room service is just awful and pathetic. PS - The staff does not even have the courtesy to acknowledge issues and talk back when issues are highlighted. The linen is not washed and bathroom smells…
