Hotel The Grand Galaxy, Amritsar

Near to the city and public transport, friendly staff, clean and calm rooms, good breakfast.staff was very cooperative.hotel located in city center Station near Golden Temple near. Hotel also have transportation services I have book car for my tour itinerary.

I had a one night stay in jan 2020 with family. Everything was great, from reception to room service. Very clean rooms with all the facilities and the best part is breakfast, delicious and available thru out the day, serve in your room. Will definitely recommend the hotel.

It was the awesome room services and the bed was clean n there was no smell . It was tidy n clean. The bathroom is clean n water temperature was good 😀😀 and the food was not good and chile bature was very oily and surely so I would say food all over .

This was my worst experience ever. Rooms were untidy. Pillows were stinky and washrooms was not cleaned. Had to call reception for 5 to 6 times for any service. Wont suggest this hotel to anyone. I saw the rating in goibibo and thought that this hotel might be good but i didnt know that goibibo rating are so so poor.

we staayed there in the end of Dec 2019. Tetrible experience with the rooms and the service. Rooms are very small and not maintained. Dont go with the online pics. Their service was terrible. We lost 2 things from the hotel(one flask and one bag with medicine). After check out we travelled back to our home town and asked them whether they found the bag or not. They said yes but did not even help us to get it to our sister"s hotel which was just 5 min away(my sisyer also travelled during that time and stayed till last night in Amritsar). I called them 3 days continuously they refused to take the calls and showed bad attitide. They are theif.. Do not book the rooms . if u do so please do not believe them and do not keep any expensive personal belongings while u r not in room. It is a trap. Their behavior and attitude is very very creepy and bad. Food quality is also not good. Not much options in buffet. Before booking they will tell things which you might like but if you fall into that trap you will end up loosing many things, cause few theives are around in that hotel. Tha js for reading this out.
