Bharawan Clarks Inn Express

It was 37 people group. Hotel took care of us very good. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast,lunch, dinner was dillisious. Best part is about the hotel is 10 min to railway station and walkable from golden temple. Totally value for money stay. Best Regards Karthik

This is a nice hotel, clean room, location is Superb. Restaurant food is awasome. From Darbar Sahib distance is 2.5 km. From Bus stand it is walking distance. Staff was very helpfull. Recommended for stay.

Hi it’s a good hotel in centre of city centre well approachable. Rooms are decent and clean The sad part is hotel has no control on food which is fulfilled through bharwan dhaba They are just not equipped to serve a basic need of glass of milk or tea For the price it is and for the experience it guaranteed sadly it falls really short and not worth the price one paid for

After travelling to more than 100 of places, i am reviewing any hotel for the first time as this is a hospitality industry and ups and downs are part. But this particular hotel is a mess. 1 Keys not working 2 no phone in room 3 rude reception persons ( both of them) 4 at the time of check out we have to carry our luggage ourself, as there was no staff 5 ordered water bottle- got it after 2.5 hours And on and on WORST STAY IN MY LIFE THE ONLY HELPFUL PERSON WAS THE LADY WHO IS HOUSEKEEPING HEAD. She offered us help to carry our heavy luggage till downstairs. Whereas the reception guy was standing peacefully at reception area , even after seeing the luggage is heavy

Dear all, I would like to share my worst experience at Hotel Clarks inn Express. I reached hotel @ 7pm. # There was no parking available because of cars parked at the entrance of the hotel. # I told the receptionist that i have a booking under the name of Pranayraj but Instead of checking the booking in the system, he asked me to show booking confirmation. # Receptionist did not even greet me. # When i entered my room - There were no Hand Towel and bath towels placed. # Water problem :- I started taking bath and after putting Soap on body water stopped coming out of Shower. # There was no water till 1:30 am. The receptionist kept telling me that water will be there in 10mins and finally i decided to use my drinking water to wash body but even that drinking water was enough to clean the soap. # Receptionist had told me that he will call me for dinner once the seats are available in the Restaurant. After 2hrs of waiting we went down to check what is the issue with dinner because it was a part of our meal then i came to know that the receptionist forgot to call us for dinner. # When we sat for dinner, They gave us thali after 30mins, There was a big stone in the roti. Image is attached of the same. # After complaining about it they just changed the roti very casually. # We went to our room after dinner because my wife wanted take bath @ 11:30 but there was no water and reception desk was answering calls very causully and saying that it will take 5-10mins and after lots of follow ups water started coming at 1:30am. We wanted to visit Golden temple but the Hotel screwed everything. # Morning - I went to take bath and the shower was not working. After complaining twice, Housekeeper gave me Bucket and Mug to take bath. Bucket was very dirty, Image attached of the same. # Breakfast - Went to have breakfast in the restaurant, they took more that 45 mins to serve Paratha. This happened with all the customers sitting there. Finally i cancelled the order of Paratha and had lassi. there was no one to Apologize for delay. # They treat guests like roadise dogs. No one should visit this hotel in future. This is the worst hotel, I visited in my entire life. Being worked in a Hospitality industry, i know how hotels operate but this is the pathetic Hotel. Don't even want to give 1 star to this hotel.
