Hotel Exotic

1. Property is really well built as all the rooms are well equipped with all the top brands accessories. 2. Service at hotel is really very prompt & available 24 hour. There Hotel Manager Mr. Deepak is really very supportive & asked us call for any time for anything and it was really true. Moreover I would specially appreciate the all hotel staff as they were all the time eager to help. 3. We had booked 3 rooms for our family and we were here to visit Golden Temple which is hardly 7-10 minutes away by walk from here as well as we celebrated our daughter 4h Birthday. 4. This property we found to be totally value for money. 5. Owner of Hotel Mr. Harpreet Singh is really humble & gentleman person who takes care of your stay.

We visited in long weekend of December 25th. This property's USP is near to Golden Temple, JWB & famous Heritage street. Hotel owner is too cooperative and takes personal care of your plan and also guides you appropriately. I already recommended most of my friends about this property. This would be prioritized as must to stay property in Amritsar.

Excellent staff. Very courteous and helpful! The room was huge and very convenient for 3 adults to stay in. Food was delicious & reasonably priced. The only problem is, that there is no elevator. So if you're booking the room on the topmost floor (the one we stayed in), then you may find it tiring to climb up & down! Location is great too! The best part was, they were kind enough to keep our bags with them post our check out, and allow us to freshen up in the evening before the next leg of our journey! It's definitely a great place to stay in!

I was here for two nights. The room is very clean and the staff very helpfull. You have for the breakfast a menu card to order and calculate min. 20 minutes for delivery. If you have a room in the near from the reception then it could be a bit louder from the music. When you a fast walking then you need 7 minutes to the Golden Temple.

The Good: 1. Spacious rooms, tasteful woodwork 2. Near to Golden Temple The Bad: 1. We booked a Executive suite but was given a less spacious normal room, it was changed after we complained to the management but it kind of left a sour taste in our mouth, had we not complained...room wouldn't have been changed...management was pretty casual about it 2. No complimentary mineral water was given 3. Staff didn't change the towel on 2nd day even after promising the same The Ugly: 1. Hotel is inaccessible from Ola and Uber...our Uber driver refused to get in the serpentine lanes....we had to carry the luggage from main road to the hotel...you can't even call an Uber/Ola for the departure 2. As hotel is situated in the lanes, even E-Rickshaw is not available and you need to get to the main road...which is around 300 m from the hotel to go someplace 3. Hotel is not popular and most of the Rickshaws don't know the place...it becomes a project in coming and going from the hotel (though it eases a bit when you get to know the lanes in 1-2 days) I'd suggest to book the place if you have your own vehicle or you are going there for a little longer time frame so that you get used to the location
