House keeping service is so good. Ritam is a good man having so much patience and he is very good at doing his job. He cleans the room very professionally and systematically arranges everything. I liked his service very much..

Amazing staff! Proper hygiene and good food! Room cleaning guy, Ritam does amazing cleaning work. Great staying here with all the amenities available. It has gym, pool, lounge area, kids playing area are also there.

We stayed about three weeks in here. The experience was impeccable. Right from check in and throughout the stay Divyansh was there to support any request - Kudos to his spirit of customer service. Room Service and room decoration for occassions was done with excellence sbse utmost care by Sourav and Debasish. The very first breakfast Megnath ensured we had a great experience. Avijit also left no stones unturned to ensure utmost care during our morning breakfast. Chef Ramzan, Suman, Naresh Rawat ensured surprises to our breakfast table. Umesh made the best filter coffee regularly with a smile. Kavin and Kabaln Amit, Swagata, Pankaj, Shivaraju also ensured complete attention to make my parents comfortable during the evening lounge and Courtyard breakfasts. Subhajit ensured that we had new mocktails everyday and you should try his unique preprations to experience it first hand. Sudhanshu ensured seamless arrangement for all car drops. Kudos to the team for giving an excellent experience for my wife and parents. The only negative feedback is for Mr. Shreyan Das - he may need to be trained to handle customers more politely.

The hotel comes under marriott property ..food was good ,room was good ..but special thing which i must say here Housekeeping staffs are so polite ,like I asked to Mr Debashis to clean my room 2nd time as because some friend had come that day in my room so..He did value of my request..and cleand my room twice..Thanks to MR Debashis Roy and his team mate sourav as well.

I had gone there some days ago..The room was nicely decorated ..with some art of towal which i liked most ..thanks to MR Debashis from Housekeeping for a wounderful warm welcome ..its means alot ..I will visit again here when i will come ..I love to be served by Mr Debashis ..✌
