Read some of the reviews and felt they were unfair. Yes this hotel is up a little side street, and I would imagine that this area is probably classed among some of the poorer areas in Bangalore, however the people are sound and the staff in the hotel we're brill and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Chandru, the manager, spoke excellent English, and he and his team helped us change sterling to rupee at very good rates, booked us taxis, were really helpful in checking our onward travel, etc. If you want the Ritz then this is not it, but if you want great value for money, nice air conditioned rooms (Not all rooms are air con but it's up to you and what you pay as to whether you want air con), clean and comfy beds, and very friendly staff, then this is it. Also a really nice bar about 150 meters away called "Shaken and Stirred" which is great for drinks and nice food too. Thanks to the team for a great stay.

Booked the hotel through MMT for Rs. 873/- for single occupancy non a/c room. Conveniently located near Majestic bus stand & Bangalore central station. Room was a little small in size though enough for single occupancy. Clean and modern bathroom with 24 hour hot water facility. Room had nice comfortable bed. Lots of food joints in the vicinity. Room pics attached. Recommended for solo stay.

The hotel is located at the back alley, with muddy pathway. Acessing the hotel with a car is a nightmare. Not an ideal location. The room is of a decent size. However, the bedsheets, pillow cases and towels are dirty. Even when we asked the pillow cases to be changed, they gave us ones which had stains on them. The bathroom floors are clean but the toilet bowl was stained and had a crack on it. The hotel does not even provide bottled water. It is quite basic with no kettle, iron or fridge. The cupboard was not in good working condition and was rather filthy. Hardly worth the 3 star rating it has.

Horrible! Very dirty towels, bed lines and blankets. Dilapidated structure. Unfriendly staff. Wifi works only if you have an indian mobile. Bad position. Noisy room. Never seen something like that.... Stay away!
