ICON Boutique Hotel

I am Deval Kapadia, we had a 5 days stay at ICON, and it was a very comfortable and memorable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the washroom was clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and caring. They tried the extra bit to make us feel comfortable. Always smiling and being helpful. The food was very good, we had all our meals at the Hotel, and they served us excellent North Indian, South Indian and Chinese dishes, served very gracefully by the serving staff. Most noteworthy was the extra effort made for sanitization and COVID safety protocols maintained by the hotel. Small details such as tooth picks for elevator buttons, safe distancing, entry after checking the temp, sanitization of luggage all small things taken care of with responsibility and the extra touch of service. We have made multiple visits thereafter as we are so comfortable with the Hotel and also the location, which is a safe, silent and central part of the city in Plush surroundings. The General Manager Mr. Rajdeep with his excellent leadership runs a very well managed and administered team. He goes the extra mile to takecare of the guests to make them feel special. My special thanks to him, who inspite of his busy schedule, made sure everything was well organized. He motivates his staff to takecare of the guests and this has won our hearts. I strongly recommend ICOM hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay in the glorious city of Bangalore. This Hotel and its staff are the true ambassador's of the City.

We had a one day training conference on the 4th of Feb 2021 which was attended by 35 of our employees, the ambiance at the place was excellent and we were very well taken care of by the hotel staff. They had made very good arrangements and willingly helped whenever we needed something. The food was excellent and the F&B manager, Mr. Rahul personally took care of our requirements and made sure all our employees were satisfied and happy. Would definitely recommend the place for any kind of training, meetings and conferences. Thanks!!!

Execellent stay and ambience, food is also good and tasty, room service is prompt. As the hotel is based on Main area it helps to move around easily, uber and rickshaws were easy find. I had a very comfortable stay and will come back again.

I have been to this place before and I love the way these people treat their guests.... Wonderful staff, delicious food and more importantly Rajdeep who helped me completely for the stay... Love to come again.
