    Excellent with all angle. Quality of Food, good reception services, prime location,well educated decent staff, rooms , hygienic bathrooms, rate of GST as per applicable, group of hotel Savera, Chennai, I like very much. etc.

    If you are not looking for a star rated hotel to stay in Bangalore nearby Marthahalli area then you can give it a try. The rooms, lobby and ambience is quite nice. They have probably the best breakfast spread compared to all nearby budget hotels. The nearest bus stop would be either Marthahalli Bridge or Karthik Nagar. There are plenty of modest restaurants nearby and shopping areas. The staff were also very nice during our stay.

    The hotel is basic. As such nothing wrong with it. Nothing to write about. The only real compliment I can give is for the polite and friendly staff. Strangely, it is cheaper to book online than directly with the hotel.

    Location and atmosphere ok. Breakfast ok. Room size small but enough. There was drainage problem in bathroom and also smell. Room service is limited with respect to time. No other facility. Overall the property is ok for a limited stay on economical rates.

    I had made reservation through lotuspark website by paying advance amount. On the day of check-in, I went to hotel by 11:00am and surprised to hear no reservation made. But I have mail and copy on reservation made and amount paid. Then I was compelled to search another hotel in the late night. Hotel receptionist said he can’t help on this!!! I’m yet to get response on this and amount is yet to be refunded!!!
