    I thoroughly enjoyed my days during my stay in Southend hotel by Tgi, Bommasandra. Especially the staffs are polite and eager to help on anytime. I would like to thank specifically Housekeeping manager mudaser,and Chinmay. Will be coming to for my next stay.

    Best place to stay in Bommasandra. After disappointment from hotel in Electronic City I booked this hotel for one day. After the service and room ambience they offered I extended for another day. The breakfast is good, and the buffet dinner is good too. Room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful

    Its a fine place to stay with good ambience and great vibe. The service offered by the stuff is good. Rates are pretty affordable. Food is good, especially do not miss the heavy breakfast. The stay is apt for couples,friends, family.

    Good hotel for stay. Reception staff was courteous enough. Especially Rhiya who arranged medicine and was kind enough to check on health. She was also good on her PR skills. Staff at night was also helpful who used to join for a small chat after I returned from office. Few amenities are under maintenance.

    Very good hotel, good infrastructure, good restaurants  and good maintenance at this price point. But had a nightmarish experience with the front office staff having least hospitality/empathy. As soon as we checked in, we found water not coming in washroom. Maintenance team mentioned that it will take longer time to fix while my kid wanted to use washroom urgently. We were kept waited for 1.5 hours till the issue was fixed and we had to go to nearest relative house to use washroom. Atleast a temporary alternate room could have been arranged till fixing the problem.
