    To be honest amazing staff...excellent service...timely service...cleanliness hotel is very clean, well maintained in every room is great to have,big beds , bathroom and toiletries of good quality, breakfast food quality was good have had compared to other 3star hotels. The best place to stay and great location even for the locals if they want to get pampered and looking for something within Especially house keeping supervisor Mr. Ravi Kumar is very good polite is extremely courteous & gentlemen

    Great service and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff are providing excellent service. Food is delicious. Will definitely stay in the same place again. Rooks are well equipped . Desirable location at the heart of the city

    I stayed two weeks in the silicrest Hotel. The room was nice and quiet. The stuff was very friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast was inclusive and tasty. At the Weekend we ordered a driver from the Hotel, how was nice and drove us very save.

    Great location and very courteous staff. They do consider your early check in requests and does not make you wait in the loby unnecessarily for undue amount of time. The location has great connectivity...easy to locate.

    Cons - Smelly rooms - Old washrooms - Very small rooms - Eerie hallways - Rude front desk staff (Didn't allow me to sit in my friends' rooms for even 5 minutes after we reached there after a delayed late night flight) Pros - Location (Kormangala) - Food (above average)
