It was such a wonderful experience to be in the hotel. I was there for 14 days. Staffs were very polite and respectful. Buffet was great. Ambience was also very good.The outside view from the window of that room was breathtaking and great. Thank you so much for the services. Keep it up.

Recently we have had our reunion event at this wonderful hotel . Starting from Check-in experince to guest service in restuarant to cocktail dinner event at the Poolside , everything was flawlessly done . Staffs were very welcoming and ready to listen to us always with a smile

I stayed at this hotel during my 4 days business trips to Bangalore. The hotel is located in Electronic city close to most of the IT companies offices. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is huge with large rooms, comfortable beds. Basic amenities like tea/coffee makers, water and bathrooms toiletries are provided. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are always there to help you out with warmth and smile. My stay included both breakfast and dinner. The spread at breakfast is pretty large with both Indian and continental food. Buffet dinner is mostly Indian but great food. The provide free pick up and drop to near by offices. Few things that needs improvement were that bath towels appeared worn-out and should be replaced. For third and fourth day, no hand towels were kept. The bathroom tap had stains which should be cleaned. It was surprising to see no jet spray in bathroom. Instead they had kept a plastic mug which needs to be filled using sink which wasn't very pleasant.I haven't stayed in any hotel in India which didn't had jet spray. Are you guys expecting only foreign guest to the hotel? Also the cupboard in the room didn't had clothe hangers. There was a iron board but no iron.
