* Spacious Rooms: A hotel in Mumbai or Pune would fit three rooms in the area of this single room. The door opens into a sitting area with sofa and coffee table, followed by bathroom & dressing area followed by the bed & work desk area. If you order food or call someone over you have a sofa to sit on instead of using the bed for everything. *Comfort: They have a centralized AC system which chills the room quite well. You'd mostly turn it off at night.The bed and pillows were comfortable and did not smell or look unclean. The rooms are well lit with natural light from windows but you can also pull curtains to make the room as dark as night. * Decor: Budget hotels in Bangalore tend to have a garish decor with bright colors. This one uses a subtler pallet which I liked. * Food: Just ignore any bad food review. The hotel was super relaxed about outside food, I could order food from Zomato and have it delivered to my room. They even provided cutlery to have outside food! (Don't abuse this facility). Morning breakfast provided by Hotel is okay, you can compare it to office cafeteria food. I was okay with it. I did not order lunch or dinner from the hotel's Kitchen. * Hot water in taps available in morning at least don't know about other times. The hotel uses water pressurization system so you get a good flow of water from the water hoses and showers. Hairdryer is available in the bathroom. * Laundry: Laundry service was not available when I visited but they offered to send a iron and ironing board to my room * Work: The room has a desk with power outlet you can comfortably work on a laptop. The granite desk feels a little cold due to the AC if you use a mouse. WiFi was super flaky. It did not bother me as I had a generous mobile data plan.

We stayed here for two nights. The first we arrived was a bit late and we were hungry but sadly we were not able to find any food options in the hotel or nearby. The hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time and we couldn't get breakfast except for in our rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and great, the rooms were kept clean. We didn't stay in the hotel for much except for sleeping but the room size and the cleanness was great. The location of the hotel is a bit hidden but it was in a quiet area which guaranteed us some sleep.

More of a Business hotel, stayed for 2 nights Average hotel but conveniently located in Malleswaram main road. Rooms are big , tariffs are very reasonable includes complimentary breakfast as well - but the do not have their own restaurant. Towels Not clean, Linen not clean , room cleanliness average .

Since my last visit the overall quality has gone down drastically . On the other hand the Tariffs have been increased. My latest visit was from the 26th to 28th Aug. Towels are DIRTY & FILTHY & TORN Housekeeping is very POOR Wi-Fi very slow. Breakfast quality very average No provision of Tea coffee in room Not worth the tariff which has gone up by more than 40% compared to my last visit

we stayed in this hotel for my business trip to bangalore and it was my 8th visit to this hotel, i was surprised to see the rooms condition and their service. * No Hot water, * No bath linens provided in the room, * Rooms are not cleaned and entire room was packed with dust, may be the lockdown effect for them, * Re-filled used water bottles proved in the room, * No toiletries in the room. * No service and extra bed provided after several reminder without linens. overall it was worst experience, earlier we prefer to stay here because of the service and cleaning and it was totally surprised at this time. after coming back from here, hospitalized for 2 days my self and my other 2 colleagues, because of the dust and their AC condition. Room Tariff still remains the same, better to change the management instead of keeping hotel in this condition. Please check the rooms before check-in,
