We had one small family get-together in keys hotel hosur. When we entered to the restaurant, it was totally covered, but in between one restaurant manager is came name (Balaram) and asked to me politely. And he taken some time for realising the table, and that guy also given to us one big table, that guy is arranging for alacart food for us, he only suggested food for us, really we enjoyed that food as well as balaram service. Good food and good service thank you Balaram... always keep like this service.

I Recently stayed in Keys Hotel for 5 days on a business trip, it was a nice comfortable trip. Location: It's on main Hosur Road, little outskirts of the city, 15 min drive from Koramangala and Indira Nagar. Parking: Huge parking space available no problem at all. No Touch Check and Check out: Check-in and Check out were smooth, No touch, Social distancing was maintained. Room: Big enough, TV was small 32 inches, Neat and clean linen, washroom and wardrobe. Bed: Although small, but good enough for two people. Electricals: AC, Fridge, FAN everything is in good working condition, no issue. Restaurant & Food: I took two meals (Breakfast and Dinner) both were Buffet, although not many guests, still maintained it. Staff: The plus point is the staff, reception guy, people in the restaurant, especially Zhale and preetesh were kind enough, I asked them to customize meals for me, and they did it happily. In fact next day Zhale asked me to get it customized again. These small gestures make a big impact. I would like to thank Keys Hotel and Zhale and Preetesh to make my stay comfortable.

Good room service, very helpful and great help. Amazing service good food and nice help desk. Deepak was very helpful and solved all the problems. Had an amazing trip and would recommend people to pay visit to this site .

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days while relocating to Bangalore for work purposes. The services provided were excellent. The food here was top notch. Special mention to Manish, Preetesh, Kusum and Zhale for their polite and friendly nature.
