I had an excellent stay at Mint Downtown Hotel. The hotel staff is awesome and the service was excellent. The hotel is located at the heart of Koramangala making it very convenient to go to CBD/ ORR. Great value for money.

Every Hotel has various facilities and amenities and the best staff they can get. But this review is not about the hotel, I have earlier said that this hotel has great staff. This time it's about this gentleman called Mr. Obeth. It was very late at night, and I had just had a surgery in my mouth. There came up an emergency regarding a few of my friends. I was not in a position to help. So, I told the same to my dear friend at the hotel, Mr. Obeth Believe me, the way he took charge of the situation, took lead and solved the problem by going outright, out of his way, I was so impressed and grateful to him. He deserves a merit badge for the same Thank you for your help Mr. Obeth. And, there is always Mr. Anandu, my confidant. He knows what I'm talking about. Thank you Mr. Anandu. Rounding up, every hotel has various facilities and amenities and the best staff they can get. But none compare to the two gentlemen I mentioned above. Unbelievably warm, extremely efficient and like FAMILY when you need them.

I did my room through Booking.com and for a deluxe room it cost just under Rs 3000 for one night ( without breakfast). I had a corner room on the ground floor ( Room 007, nothing fancy not James Bobdish but reasonable sized ( not small), king sized bed, clean linen and towels, TV and kettle in room ( with coffee/tea bags), the bathrooms had nice shower. The free wifi in rooms was effective. There are a number of breakfast and eating options nearby. Very Good value for Money

Nice hotel , good ambiance and clean bed sheets towels, immediate hot water. Food delivery delayed and often ordered items were informed to be not available, with delay of 30 minutes after accepting order. Calls to Room service were going unattended

Stayed at this property for over 50 rooms nights last year. The front office team specially Obeth are very helpful and take the extra effort to accommodate requests. Location is pretty awesome if you are in BLR for the nightlife . Good value. Hotel can do a bit more to improve smaller things like Door Locks, Painting on the walls, Upholstery. Otherwise worth your money.
