Citrus Classic Bangalore

We were blown away with the service and hospitality during our recent experience with team Citrus. We had booked Skylit restaurant and 10 rooms @Citrus hotel for a family event for a couple days. The booking experience was straightforward and very comfortable, thanks to Amik for his flexibility. Even though Amik was away, he ensured the entire Citrus team was there to help us out with whackiest of requests and basically ensured a great planning experience. Chef Thapa and his team are a force to reckon with. Starting from his excellent culinary skills and practical advice - he is just a great person with a phenomenal attitude. He gelled in so well not only with our family but with all the relatives while ensuring the best experience for everyone, not just restricted to food. Anything I say about Upamanyu, General Manager is less. The event was planned for outdoors but was interrupted by rain out of nowhere. Upamanyu took it upon himself to make sure that there were no upsets. He quickly gathered his team and shifted the entire setup into a hall under renovation, probably breaking several protocols just to ensure a seamless experience. Thank you sir! Finally, I cannot end this review without thanking Rajnikanth and Rahul for their excellent support and service at odd hours for all our guests despite being such busy times for the hotel in April. I am just overjoyed with the commitment, sincerity, customer centricity displayed by each and every member of the Citrus team and I will not think twice before hosting another event here or going out of my way to recommend these guys. Hotels are dime a dozen but you can't possibly get a team like TEAM CITRUS!

Very clean and nicely maintained rooms. Breakfast quality is very good and spread is more than sufficient with multiple options to choose from. Staff is also very good and helpful. Special mention for the GM Uba Mohan who is always smiling and takes care of his staff very well. Would recommend Citrus classic

A good decent hotel at a very accessible location. Recommended. The front desk staff needs to be trained to deal with customers more efficiently. Or maybe the guy at the desk was in a bad mood when I checked in.

most of the thing was Good rather than today morning Breakfast .I informed today morning @4am that if you kindly arrange something that will me really help full for me. Reception guy subhajit try for his best for arrange breakfast. But i was runnig out of time so i left.service is slow.but other thing was good @front deskSubhajit ,Rahul from service Mahalaya all of staff behavior was good. Good Hotel value for money .need to improve such thing like service what guest want.

First , the staff at reception should be trained on how to attend to Guests especially Mr Sudeet !! Second, the rooms would have seen better days as now they lost their charm !! Third, their buffet food spread is very much below Average with just one veg starter and one Non-veg started , one veg main course and one non-veg main course, rice,dal and curd along with soups and ice cream...Again all the dishes would be cold !! The only saving face of this Hotel is - Housekeeping staff Restaurant staff Bad choice I made and would never visit this hotel !!
