Sterling Living Space - Residency Road

Centrally located with huge rooms. Good breakfast and service is good if you maintain times. Staff are cordial and very helpful. Had a lovely stay was given a one BHK. Very close to eating joints on MG road etc.

Two bedrooms, hall, kitchen and sitout aesthetically furnished. Breakfast is basic but tasty. Towels in the bathroom are a bit wornout otherwise good service and value for money for a family trip. It is close to MG Road and Brigade road.

spacious apartment, basement parking and efficient staff. great location in dead end, between residency and richmond road. so very quiet yet well connected. good wifi and reasonably clean toilets. breakfast basic but adequate

Used to be one of the places that I stay every time that I visit Bangalore. However during this trip the experience turned very sour. The property while at the face of it was kept clean, you could notice that many of the facility don’t work well - kitchen sink leaking, heater in one of the rooms not working, shattaf not working, to top it a dead rat ... just shows the serious shortfalls in housekeeping. They used to have the breakfast delivered to the rooms in the past, they very rudely told me that i have to go upstairs or pay Rs 150 per head to be delivered to the room ... that’s about $2, would have tipped them more than that but the attitude was inciting. Never coming back. Found another property next door and moved there - called classic Richmond... they were very happy for my business and treated me like a customer vs sterling treating me like an uninvited guest

I visited in February of 2018 with my parents. The apartment was not even clean and the manager said just like nothing big deal “oh the cleaner was going home. The closet smells sooooo bad and the bed sheet was not even changed. Everything was sooooo nasty and bad and not even worth the money. Not to mention the breakfast. The hotel claims all you can eat breakfast is just the bread the juice and some chapti. “Oh, so I paid thousands of rupees and this is how we’re treated by that?” The manager asked the guy to clean the apartment next day. So we paid the money and are treated like they can just do it on the following day and try to make it up? Then what’s the point of paying thousands rupees? What’s the point of paying for good service we deserved but it seems like they’re just improving? We’re paying to let them improve? We all think this way, this kind of crap. We stayed a week. When I booked it online, the hotel asked me to clear the payment and I did. On the first day when we arrived, I was shocked. No one came to host us and we were kinda waiting outside for the guy to get the room key. When you come to Bangalore, better just find brand sound hotel with 5 stars. Don’t take apartment because the money is not even worthy. You will wanna kill yourself when you talk to this manager.
