The most comfortable stay ever

I have had a wonderful time at the hotel. All the staff gave a super treatment, naming a few KALYAN, MANI, BIKKEY and people from reception. I stayed for 10 days and I wished to stay for long but had to check out. It was a feel like home experience. And adding to that, the view from the room is peaceful. I am definitely going to visit again.

Vicky Chhettri was very kind and helped a lot with basic stuff, Liked the housekeeping here. Breakfast was good had many options although some services still needs some improvement. Parking space is ample no issues on that

Stay was amazing, hospitality of the staff is very good. Lunch/dinner is very good. Cream of mushroom soup is worth giving it a try. 5 star for food, taste and quality. If staying with family, and the schedule is tight looking for stay and food in the same place then this is the place to choose.
Worst experience ever with such great brand

For official reasons, I travelled to Bangalore. We have been assigned Ginger by brand for a week's stay. We all found the premises to be exceedingly unsanitary, with dirty rooms. The space is really limited. The cost of ordering from their restaurant is really exorbitant (2 Tea costs 250 Rs) The hotel's only advantage is its location. Breakfast usually consists of the same items: idli, upma, bread butter, chopped fruits, and juices. From the restaurant, you can get Egg and Dosa. Would recommend looking for local accommodations with minimum commute and a stress-free vacation!!

Me and my wife stayed in ginger for a day with the complementary buffet included tariff ,got hair in my wife's food even the toilet was not cleaned when we entered the room got marijuana smell someone had smoked marijuana inside totally disappointed with the stay ,I was looking forward for the stay in future but because of this I was pissed off kindly provide me a refund because it was our honeymoon stay in banglore and we got such a bad experience .till now didn't got any compensation my amount gone cheater hotel provide my refund ,you lost a valiable customer..
