    I chose this hotel thinking I only need to stay couple of days for work however the comfort and ease I felt while working and staying busy is beyond words.. You guys are amazing... Food, room service, cleanliness everything on point...Keep it up team... Prime location and collective effort of the staff makes this place stand out...

    One of the most elegant and pleasant stay filled with hospitality, in Bangalore.spacious rooms, tasty food.Luxurious stay with a great ambiance. Staffs are helpful and makes sure most requests are honoured. Will definitely visit again.

    Delicious food, excellent service! Had a good experience.Beautiful place and location.The staffs were polite, friendly and cooperative We stayed on a family trip. It was a comfortable stay. Good food at GING.

    The stay was overall good. The rooms are nice and big, comfortable for two people's stay. The restaurant was also pretty good and if you wish you can opt for buffet. The housekeeping staff namely Neelamoy and Venutha were pretty good at their work and the room was always clean when I got back from work.

    Stayed for three nights Night one - broken mattress, ac not effective, had to call the housekeeping thrice to bring water, simple food like dal rice was stale. Couldn't eat it. Night two - change of the room to higher floor, Ac is still very poor, tried live food at breakfast and lunch - food still not upto the mark. Reported this to f&b head and reception. Heard a couple of other customers having identical issues. Night three - got charged of stale food even after complaint. Staff is probably just pretending to be unaware. At times they have shown inability to serve. Probably the management is not doing enough expenditure in upkeep of the hotel. Most of the glass windows were full of bird poop. Good location. Decent staff
