The Paul Bangalore

The Paul, Bangalore is a classic luxury hotel situated at the heart of the Garden City. My family stayed here at Executive suite for 12 days as part of my relocation to Bangalore from Chennai. The room was very spacious with a living room, 2 individual bedrooms, spacious balcony. The living room had dedicated space for Kitchen and Dining which provides absolute luxury and comfort. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Sridhar Stephen, Front office manager who helped me with the booking and confirmation at a critical time of full occupancy. He was very polite and kind. He ensured my needs especially for my new born daughter are met by way of providing electric induction stove/ vessel and cutlery that are needed for my stay. All the employees, right from reservation desk to kitchen, house keeping etc are very professional. This can be easily appreciated in their presentation and approach to the guest. Morning breakfast had a huge spread right from Indian to continental. They had the combination of both South and North Indian in their menu which will ensure your taste buds are fulfilled and satisfied. Also, the hotel has a well equipped gym and a swimming pool (which my kids enjoyed a lot) making it a perfect stay away from home. Overall, it was absolute luxury and comfort during my stay with my entire family of 4 persons which we will cherish through out our life :-) Must recommended place for stay and food. This is sooooo... good. A great hotel, great suite and so tastefully done. Food is awesome. Breakfast has a variety and everything and anything is available, with a personal touch. Special mention of Sridhar. Thank you Sridhar for making my stay so comfortable.

Due to business and some personal requirements, I had to stay in 3 to 4 hotels over last 2 months. I need to mention that 'The Paul' was head and shoulders above the rest. Their sense for customer service is unparalleled and before this, I maybe witnessed only when staying in select Taj properties. This sense of serving the customer is ingrained in each and every hotel employee and their sole objective seems to be just delighting the customer. I will ensure that if I ever have to stay in a hotel in Bangalore again, I have to check Paul for reservations first. Really impressed. Special thanks to Mr Sridhar Stephen to make the stay really comfortable and memorable.
