Had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Vellara. Right from the front office staff, we kept getting presently surprised by the hospitality that was extended to us. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious. Wifi works great. They have a nice restaurant. All the staff are extremely well behaved and courteous. The owner of the place takes care of you like his own family. Food is good. Parking is available. They even cleaned my car for a very nominal price. Overall, everything was just perfect for us!! Thanks to everybody at Vellara.

All rooms are Air-Conditioned, Nice room , clean and well maintained hotel for the price. Centrally located and has some prime malls in the vicinity. For all and over all, service was pleasant, good place and would definitelyrecommended.

I have never seen a cleaner city hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice food and good service. Hotel is at a walking distance from Brigade road. And you have lots of eateries and pubs - of all budgets and cuisines close by.

Doing the basics correctly, takes you a long way.......hotel Vellara proved that emphatically. There are many shortcomings of this property, but the staff overcomes all those with the service and making sure that they get their basics right. The drawbacks of the property are - right on a busy road causing too much of traffic noise, room was comparatively smaller to my liking, the room did not get adequate daylight (window being in a corner and shielded by the adjacent building, bathroom was pretty basic, room service menu not up to the mark, restaurant was non-functional on the day I arrived. But all these were overcome by clean room, good housekeeping and excellent service by an ever smiling and willing staff. This was my second stint at the property....a week long stay. Though I'd prefer a property without the issues mentioned earlier, for a longer stay, hotel Vellara performed pretty well! I'd recommend this hotel if your stay is not very long.
