The Rialto Hotel

It's been an fantastic stay. An extraordinary interiors with luxurious rooms. Classical amenities and wonderfull view of turf club from the room. Food was excellent and try for the spcial items it's really worth it. Best inn class services and dedicated staff. You would really enjoy your stay.

I stayed in this Hotel from 24-Feb-20 to 6-Mar-20 , for 12 days on my official trip . Hotel is centrally located near Anandar Rao Circle. Hotel has nice entrance and specious reception hall . Hotel consists of approximately 54 rooms distributed in its 3 floor . Hotel has ample parking place for four wheelers. I did not have any issue in check -in and check out . Smooth and smiling . Rooms are Specious , neat and clean , so its long corridors. No foul smell whatsoever . electric kettle with tea and coffee pouch was neatly kept . Ample sockets for mobile and laptop charger are available and all are in good working condition. Central A/C was working properly . 24x7 Hot water was available . No blockage of wash basin . Rooms are properly cleaned daily . Food in the restaurant was quite good in quantity and mouth watering in taste. Lots of variety in buffet breakfast and menu was not at all repeated. Staffs are well behaved , polite , helpful and always try to give home feeling . My sincere love and thanks to all restaurant staffs , front desk officers , House keeping gentlemen and security personnel . Free Wifi is found working inside hotel rooms. Wish to come and stay there if I had to come to Bangalore in near future.

The thing that works for the hotel is that it is centrally located opposite to the race course and close to from where a lot of long distance bus depart from. The hotel is nice, food is great and hospitality is also nice. Being central it has all the advantages of the same great transportation facility, close by malls and shopping districts.

Through goibibo I have booked a premium room wich I have chosen just because it has been shown as complimentary early check in upto 3 hours is available. Since we would be reaching early we searched many hotels, but for most of them check in time had been around 1200 to 1400. But I will never forget the gesture and bad manner in which the front desk staff greeted us. Her whole attitude was unfriendly and she behaved in such a manner as if we had infiltrated the place. Being frequent travellers we had stayed in many hotels, from five star to ordinary ones, but such a worst experience we never had. we had a very bad experience. She could have told us politely that the room is not vacant and ask us to wait. On the contrary she behaved very harshly, not suited to a front desk staff. We immediately cancelled our booking and we booked another hotel which lies on the opposite side, fortune park jp celestial. There the check in time was 1400. But when we reached there and enquired whether early check in is available, the staff there behaved in a very polite manner and asked us to wait for 10 minutes. Immediately they arranged a room. I am not blaming the hotel management of hotel Rialto, but I have one request, never post such front staff, who doesn't know how to handle customers. Such instances would only ruin your business
