Memorable stay n very friendly staffs especially Ms Jennifer for the service.. Thank you so much for the help and i would like to recommend this hotel for girls because its so safe and friendly.. I would like to visit to this hotel soon

The hotel does not allow smoking anywhere , but all the linen , bathroom and rooms stink of cigarette smoke, this was a room given to me and my mother ... The breakfast next day was very special , there was no bread, no idly, no chutney on the table, only empty dishes .. took over 10 mins to fill them , took another 11 minutes to clean the tables . There is no toaster for the bread ... So choose well . I will update the review over the incidents for the ne two days as I have to endure this for another two days. The staff smile to make you feel welcome but that is all they are able to do .. they are understaffed and under extreme duress from ....

I have made booking for 2 night for my wife & daughter for 20th & 21st July. I have booked it through Goibibo. Late eve they checked in around 8:15pm Just asked for coffee and some snacks and came to know that there is no kitchen in this hotel and they can not provide any food or tea/coffee even. I spoke to OYO immediately but they straight way refused and said speak to Goibibo as you have made booking through them. I even told them that it’s OYO Proprety so you ppl will give me some solution. No way all in vain. Then called up Goibibo and interestingly Goibibo ppl say talk to OYO & I am writing this review coz it’s my 2nd experience with OYO. Earlier it was OYO with Make my trip, this time OYO with Goibibo. I spent almost 50 Minutes with Goibibo & OYO but all in vain. There is no food no beverages, it’s just night stay hotel with lot of problem room. Please avoid. I am very much disappointed with online portal, specially Indian portal.

Don’t be fooled by the photos ... the room, bed, bathrooms are in pretty disgusting conditions ... there are many small cockroaches throughout the room ... couldn’t sleep just thinking about it. Regret staying should have just checked out immediately.

Thinking of my 3 mights there my hair stands. Firstly changed 3 rooms within 24 hours due to the poor state of affairs. Room 1 had no toilet seat. Yes, a hotel where rooms can be let out with toilet seats missing. Room 2 had a toilet placed in such a way that an above avg height person cant sit straight as the shower area glass was obstructing. Room 3 had permanent dried urine stains on the toilet seat that couldn't be removed. So when the person came to try to remove it, he used a dirty toilet brush to clean the seat. Then proceeds to apply cleaning liquids and starts wiping it off with a bath towel that looked no cleaner or dirtier than the one supplied for guests. Left a big mess of watery muddy footprints in the bathroom. There was a continuous stink in the bathroom like that of an open drain or a public toilet. This room also had no hot water at all. Big stain of some sort on the sheets nicely covered up by the covering Duvet (see pic) only to be noticed in the morning. Never going back to any OYO hotels ever again.
