FabHotel Corporate Crown II

Stayed in this hotel this week. Located in the most happening place, Koramangala, this hotel is best for business or solo stays. Although rooms are bit smaller they have all required amenities. Highlights, I would say, are value for money, friendly staff and great location..

I booked this awful hotel from Booking.com based on the pictures and ratings on the site and I really regret doing so. The moment you enter the hotel you know that the property is not well managed and clean( check the pic of the sofa at the reception) Anyway we checked in and the bed linen was dirty and had stains( pics enclosed)...There were cockroaches in the room and dirt in the corners and no water in the room. I asked for water and it came after a long time( in the meanwhile I went to the market ang bought water) . I was under the impression that when you book a brand like Fabhotel you would get a property which at least is decent when it comes to cleanliness and service...Dont expect anything as such. I wrote to the MD and did recieve a reply from him that he will get it checked...Subsequently I met someone from the hotel and they told me that I would be refunded...Am still waiting for the promised refund. Before you book please check the pics and than decide...And the breakfast sucks

Poor hospitality...inadequate breakfast.. no buffet... Unprofessional approach...had to pester them for room cleaning...the receptionist had no idea of charges to be taken from the customers..and on top of it...they kept on calling me..after i left the hotel and was through the security check in of the airport...about their room key.... Which we left at the reception... Isn't it the receptionist responsibility to take charge if the room and keys..from the customer..sheer non sensical approach.....A B ig No .....to be opted...as a hotel for stay The only positive thing is...location..

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I have had a disgusting experience in many things. First of all, Initially I had done booking for 2 nights, and extended for 1 nights. During booking I had to contact Fabhotel Customer support for 5 times just for the confirmation of the booking. Coz they have deducted money from the account but did not gave me booking details. After 5 calls and 1 mail finally they had confirmed. Do not get exited by the photos they have posted on website. They have only 2-3 rooms like that. All other rooms are so tiny that after placing the bed there is no space to keep the luggage. Initially they gave us a room where we were not able to stand properly due to shortage of space. When I told them about that they had changed the room. Room service is so bad that for just a cup of tea we had to wait for almost an hour every time and the tea also they served was cold all the time. Wifi sometimes work and sometimes doesn't work. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The only good thing is the location. But that also, there are so many good hotels in this area one can easily find another good hotel in the same price. In three days the hotel did not even cleaned the room once. There is no toiletries. They just gave one Towel for 2 persons and the hotel management did not bother about changing the towel on daily basis. The floor of the room was full of dusts. Overall my suggestion is do not try this hotel unless someone have no other options.

This has been by far my worst experience stay in any hotel. We get better service in a lodge i would say. They have inexperienced service staff who are arrogant as well and dont know a thing. This makes me never chose fabhotels now. Period! No geyser working, room changing took time and wasted my day!
