Had a wonderful stay at Royal orchid suites. Kudos to the house keeping team for a clean job. Excellent WiFi connectivity, ideal for working from room. Calm surrounding. Buffet food was good. There could have been more varieties to choose from. Overall a pleasant stay.

Had a good stay for 14 days. Good room service from Gowramma and team for the whole time. Breakfast and other amenities were handled properly with good support from the staff overall as well. Had some noise issues due to the ongoing renovations but understandable.

Average stay, I stayed here when travelling on business trip to Bangalore. Got 3 rooms, but we’re average. Not properly clear Es though. The food was average, less options for breakfast. Opted for buffet dinner but only had once. Dinner was pathetic and service was slowest here. The staff doesn’t care about guests at all

3/5 . Food is good but they majorly focus on non veg food items. Services can be improved. There are sometimes, miscommunication or fair communication gap between the hotel staff. Otherwise, They are very welcoming. They try to put things in better way. Special mention@ Gowramma one of the housekeepers always make you feel homely with her firm smile and gentle talks.
Hotel in pathetic shape

This hotel is in a repair mode and not ready to accommodate customers. There is a strong stench in the entire hotel which gives a feeling that the hotel has not been cleaned for days or maybe months all together. Balcony of the rooms are covered in mud and pigeon's poop. Staff is not aware of what they need to do. House keeping has only one staff member and most of the time forgets what is asked. Front office manager has no clues of what "Customer Service" is all about. The entire team is least bothered about customers and are relaxing while on duty. You can avoid this place for few years and look for better options.
