Hotel Paramos Inn

We stayed at Hotel Paramos Inn for 11 nights and we can't say enough great things about the customer service offered to us. The manager Leon Antony was super courteous, helpful and efficient from the time of enquiry even before the booking. He provided us with all the information and answered our questions over multiple emails without any pressure to book. Although this hotel is pretty small and the reception area is somewhat worn out in appearance, the location is fantastic ( right next to the Bangalore Central Mall and the 9th block market) and the rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and good storage with a neat decor. The bathroom was basic but clean and definitely served the purpose. The most impressive thing for us was the stellar customer service that was rendered not just by the manager but the staff as well. We would like to especially mention Mohan, an employee that seemed to be there day and night and served his guests with a smile. He helped us with an early check in even though he was unable to contact his manager and he helped us even use his personal phone since we did not have an India number. He went above and beyond when one night our son had a stomach bug and threw up in the room at 2:30 in the morning. When we called front desk desparate for help, He went straight to work to clean up the whole mess without a complaint and with so much grace, patience and understanding. He then proceeded to replace all our bed linen and then the next morning, Mohan and other staff completely disinfected the room so that when we returned, it was fresh like before. Early in the morning, Mohan and another staff member Krishna had shopped for tender coconuts on our request and we didn't even pay them for these until a couple days later. This was all Service and not money oriented at all. The staff was very hesitant to even accept our appreciation especially after this amazing help they offered us when we really needed it. Mohan even called back to check if we needed him to make a pharmacy run the next morning. The hotel offers great value but the service we got here is very rare to find. We will stay here again on our next trip and we recommend this place whole heartedly to anyone.

I stayed with my family at Hotel Paramos Inn during Dec 2020 for 15 days. We were little frightened because it was during the COVID time and I will admit that, they have maintained very clean and taken every individual aspect, right from the check-in to room amenities to safety is being gauged accurately to make sure that a property is well-equipped to accommodate. It was an outstanding hotel and perfectly located in Jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore. The food was excellent and all the staff are superb! There was 2 staff member (Leon & Mathew) who were particularly helpful, accommodating and shared their knowledge based on our requirement. They have provided 2 litter water bottles everyday in the room! Also, an excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel, who are looking for a comfortable stay around Jayanagar 9th block, Marenhalli Road, Near Jayadeva Hospital, Malini Apollo hospital or even for the people who want to explore south Bangalore and walking distance for Central Mall JP Nagar, Gopalan Mall on Bannerghatta, Shoppers Stop and within a distance of 2 KM for VEGA CITY mall.

I had a wonderful experience of staying at Paramos for 10 days straight. The hospitality, food, precautions taken for Covid everything was perfect. Especially the warmth I felt during my stay is cherishable. Will look forward to staying at Paramos again in future. 👍🏼

I had to check-out from a different Hotel in Jayanagar on 22nd March (Sunday). This day was a complete lockdown in India. Due to this there was no commute available. The other Hotel had given me ultimatum to check-out otherwise they would charge me the full tariff. I had called Paramos Inn and explained my situation. The front desk manager had come himself to pick me up. He offered me a super deluxe room at a very nominal rate for two days in the Hotel. The rooms were nice, neat and comfortable. The Hotel staff were very friendly and well behaved. The food was also tasty and we enjoyed the meals we had in the Hotel. The Hotel Management is so courteous that they had packed my breakfast (takeaway) on the day of my check-out as I had a very early morning check-out and would have not have eaten breakfast during the normal timings of the Hotel. Kudos to the Hotel Management for being very polite and understanding and I really wish success to this Hotel.

Stayed in Paramos Inn with family for two days. Even though it has only 14 rooms, it is a very good hotel, with nice comfortable and very clean rooms. There was a smart TV as well in the room. Breakfast spread is not that much, howevever was very tasty. Very friendly staff. Easy to spot on the main road, with good connectivity .
